Refund Policy

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, or by bKash/cash for COD orders, within 7 working days of us receiving the item back. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the fault was ours.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
